Always enjoy your posts. AI-as-coworker isn’t inevitable; it’s designable. The how of integration matters more than the what, especially when the real opportunity is talent augmentation, not cost-cutting. In recent public-sector pilots, AI saved workers ~26 minutes a day. That’s not headcount reduction—that’s space reclaimed for policy, care, and strategy. We need to train teams for this. You've inspired an idea for a post. Stay tuned.

Great content as always guys. My challenge would be the time we waste trying to curate the old leadership model (more authentic, more loving, etc but still hero nonsense) to a broader sense of leadership (mastery, decentralised etc).
